So disgusted tonight. We have been ordering from Napoli in Meriden for years. The food is always excellent. Tonight I called and the woman taking my order was obnoxious and uneducated. I gave my credit card and she asked if I wanted to include the tip. I said, No, we tip in cash. Then she asked me how much the driver would be tipped. We are always generous. Her comments were uncalled for and unnecessary. So many other places will be more than happy to receive our business.

I did not even try the food. The hygene of the staff is disgusting. I saw employees not washing hands and touching food. I saw them touching their clothes and hair and touching food. I left. No thanks.

This is THE BEST pizza place in CT. I am from NY so that's saying alot. I went to this place 3-4 times a month! The staff is a family and the sweetest people you ever want to meet! The service is excellent whether delivery or pickup. I have since moved back to NY, but if I ever visit CT and want pizza, this is where I'm going.

Great service!! Made a fresh pot of coffee even though it was mid afternoon. Salad was above average. Warm tasty bread with lunch or dinner entree. Pricing is lower than the norm for similar items. The lasagna is tremendous! Highly recommend.

Napolitano Pizza is delicious! The eggplant is sliced paper thin and never bitter. The sauce is excellent! The rolls arefreshbakes and hold up in the grinder. If you are looking for delicious Italian food, here it is. Tell them Casey sent you.

This pizza is absolutely disgusting! 😖😖😖😷 It was soggy and the cheese did not even stick to pizza it was just a big blob of grease and cheese. I was so digusted i had no choice to write a review! I even called to get my money back and the manager was so rude n disrespectful! He told me o well and hung up the phone! I would highly recommend anyone reading this to NOT i mean NOT order from this place if your looking for good pizza check out Zorbas in meriden im tellin you now u wont be any were disappointed as i was with this place! Napolis on west main sucks!!!😖😷

Looks like a good place to eat....this was my first time there an i got 2 slices of pizza to go,the service was good but the pizza was very greasy,I figured it would still be ok so I ate it anyway.when I woke up in the morning I was throwing up nothing but the greasy Pizza and had me on the toilet every 15 min ,I had all the symptoms of food food poisoning. I'm thinking maybe they leave there food out to long or uncovered or whatever the reason is.i couldn't make it to work that day i felt like I just died. Sorry to say even if that was a controlled issue I'll never be able to eat there again.

Always have great pizza and today I had such great service. I went in to pick up a pizza with my two year old, the gentlemen working told me he would carry my pizza out so I didn't have to worry about carry the pizza and getting my two year old safely to car! I wish I could give more than five stars!!!
